LA SALA DE JUSTICIA Y PAZ DETECTÓ PROBABLE NEGLIGENCIA EN LA ADMINISTRACIÓN ESTATAL DE BIENES EMBARGADOS Y SECUESTRADOS.
Dos predios ubicados en la ciudad de Santa Marta y que deberían estar bajo control del Estado, dada su probable relación con el postulado a la Ley de Justicia y Paz HERNÁN GIRALDO SERNA, alertaron al Tribunal sobre una cuestionable administración de estos y otros inmuebles. Terceros han ingresado a ellos para, más adelante, alegar posesión, lo cual podría afectar la masa patrimonial destinada a indemnizar a las víctimas del conflicto armado.
